With a single round left in the AMA ATV Motocross Championship, Suzuki has already clinched the prestigious Manufacturer’s Cup Award. This is the third year in a row that Suzuki has been the most winning brand in the series.

Suzuki received this honor by securing the most points of any manufacturer in the Pro class of the exciting 11-round series.

At least one racer on the Rockstar Makita Suzuki two-man team, Dustin Wimmer and Josh Creamer, have been on the podium each round and tallied a collective seven first-place finishes and seven double podiums.

In fact, as we head into the final round at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, Wimmer and Creamer are the only two riders in contention for the 2010 AMA ATV Motocross Championship.

Suzuki’s National Sales Manager, Rod Lopusnak, is proud of winning the coveted Manufacturer’s Cup. “2010 not only marks the third year in a row that the QuadRacer R450 has won the most races, but it comes during our celebration of the 50th year of international racing. We are very proud of this achievement as it demonstrates just how good a product this sport ATV is, as well as the kind of commitment Suzuki has made to the sport.”

The QuadRacer R450 has certainly been the ATV to beat this year, as in the previous three years, and has so far secured a 62-point lead over the next brand.

Suzuki is excited about finishing the AMA ATV MX series with a Championship as well as this coveted award.
