Dear Motorhead,
I have a new KTM 525xc and live in Calgary and do trail riding in the surrounding area.
I’m still in the brake-in procedure, but I feel like there should be more low end and quicker throttle response, I have to really ease on the throttle to get acceleration, fast acceleration causes almost like a choking condition, not enough air/fuel.
I’m running premium fuel as recommended. Does this sound like a jet problem due to elevation or something else?

I would return the unit to the dealer pronto and not fiddle with anything.
This is not the way your five-two-five should run. Get it back – now!
