Fundraiser for CHERUBS on April 19, 2008
Rat Patrol out of Indiana are men, women and children who enjoy riding their ATV’s all over the country. One of their favorite places is the Bad Lands Off Road Park, located in Attica, Indiana.
Bad Lands Off Road Park is a 750 acre ATV, motorcycle and rock climbing park. Bad Lands Off Road Park is allowing Rat Patrol ATV club to sponsor a fund-drive for CHERUBS.
CHERUBS is an international organization for families and care givers of children who are born with Congenital Diaphramatic Hernia (CDH).
Our membership includes over 2000 families and medical care providers in all 50 states and 35 countries. We are an IRS recognized 501(111) Non-Profit Organization. All our employees, board members, other assistants are strickly volunteer status.
Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia(CDH) affects one in every 2500 babies and has a 50% mortality rate. CDH occurs as often as Spina Bifida and Cystic Fibrosis, though most of the public has never heard of it unless it has affected someone that they love. The cause isn’t known and little research is being done.
This is a great event and all the staff at ATV mag encourage any riders in the area to attend. This event will help raise awareness for CDH and offer financial support to this great cause.
